Issues/Return/Exchange 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Within 7 days of receiving your order, if there are serious quality issues, please clearly photograph or record the problematic areas to apply for a return or exchange. The specific return/exchange method will be negotiated with our customer service. Since the compression sofa cannot be compressed after being unfolded, please confirm the style and dimensions before purchasing. 

To start the after-sales service, leave a message or send email to us: service@pop-couch.com, providing relevant photos and videos. We will process it immediately and inform you of the after-sales procedure.
